Who We Are
GTK Consulting, Inc. was founded in March 2008 by Tim and Kelly Booth to help churches and non-profit organizations have an affordable means of upgrading their technical equipment. Our first projects were in conjunction with other partner companies, building experience and connections in the church systems integration market. In 2009 we managed the expansion project for Hope Springs Community Church, helping convert a Lexington, Kentucky warehouse into a worship facility. We then continued the metamorphosis of this "church in a warehouse" by converting their previous worship center into a hip, fun children's ministry space called "The Beach" and their former large group space into an equally modern cafe called "The Harbor."
After a brief time staying on at Hope Springs as Campus Ministries Supervisor, in May 2010 Tim felt God calling him back into full-time work as an integrator, and once again began to partner with other integration companies on projects across America.
We have also continued to provide services on our own in 2010 to the Lake Geneva Youth Camp in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, helping the camp complete the installation of their technical gear for their newly expanded Camp Chapel in July.
GTK Consulting, Inc. works with each client to determine the best solution for their technical production needs. By integrating existing gear with a few important additional gear purchases, GTK Consulting, Inc. provides a cost-effective, yet practical production system. Working with the client's volunteers, teaching them how to integrate systems, also saves money on labor, another bonus for the client with a limited budget.
